Order No: #64247 Absolutely fraudulent experience with Exotix. My son ordered two Ferrari F1 jackets, and the payment was made in full. Due to a size issue, the items were returned exactly as instructed, and the return was confirmed more than three weeks ago. But till today, no replacement, no refund, and no proper response from their team. This company is clearly indulging in unprofessional and deceptive practices. They take the money, delay the process endlessly, and fail to deliver the products. Their customer service is almost non-existent. I strongly warn others not to buy clothes from Exotix. Please avoid this website if you don’t want to get stuck like us. Very disappointing and highly untrustworthy experience.
