I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for two dresses on March 7, and it’s now been over 50 days with no delivery. Despite being promised earlier delivery, there were no updates or tracking details shared for weeks. After waiting so long, I requested a refund. However, just two days later, I was suddenly sent tracking information claiming the order had been dispatched. Even now, I still haven’t received the package — and at this point, it’s of no use to me as I have already traveled back to the UK. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support — I reached out multiple times on Instagram and received no response. This kind of delay, poor communication, and last-minute action is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering unless they significantly improve their delivery timelines and customer service
