The stitching is neat, no loose threads, and it skims without clinging. ❤️ I’m 5'4", ordered a M, and the length hits right below the knee. Quality is amazing for the price. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. It's been more than 4 months of payment no updates no response in Instagram & whatsapp. Initial time while ordering they responded immediately. Now they don't even care. I have requested for refund no response in Instagram. Please don't order from this page. There should be proper communication if there is a delay. There is nothing her. What's the point of having huge instagram followers. They are active in Instagram but no one from customer service team will respond to your messages.

I haven't received my order even after months. And no response from website. I have tried every contact given in their page. This page has to be blocked

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for two dresses on March 7, and it’s now been over 50 days with no delivery. Despite being promised earlier delivery, there were no updates or tracking details shared for weeks. After waiting so long, I requested a refund. However, just two days later, I was suddenly sent tracking information claiming the order had been dispatched. Even now, I still haven’t received the package — and at this point, it’s of no use to me as I have already traveled back to the UK. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support — I reached out multiple times on Instagram and received no response. This kind of delay, poor communication, and last-minute action is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering unless they significantly improve their delivery timelines and customer service

Such a horrible and worst site ever. They took more than 31 days just to ship the package, and their customer service is extremely rude. The fitting is not up to the mark at all. What they show on the website is different from what they deliver. When we try to ask about the issue or request support, they simply don’t respond. Such lethargic and unprofessional behavior. I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone.

Poor response after the payment. I have ordered two dress worth 4000 it's been 1.5 months I have not received my order yet. They gave me tracking number but if I track or call the courier office it shows parcel is in another location which is not mine. I'm just fed up I'm loosing my patience

The fabric quality is really good soft and comfortable enough to wear all day💓 The fitting is on point hugging my shape just right without any tightness or loose edges💯 I have already received so many compliments from friends 🫣 For the price, it’s totally worth it 💯 and delivers more than I imagined. I’m genuinely happy with my order This kurti has become one of my favorite outfit . I’ll definitely be ordering again. I have ordered 6 dresses for the first time on dec 2 its been more than two months still i didnt get. No reply for calls and messages. Policy is no return and 20 days that is working days no saturday sunday working holidays not included they told. They were too strict while taking orders, i thought they were too proffestional and they will follow those words but now its really feeling disgusting. Fake people i have spent 12244rs. She gave me the word that if within this weekend if u not recieved i will refund amount. That also not initiated non trusting words. Such an really really bad experience i got ever. I will soon do complain about you and your spoya. In. Very very bad daily i used to think od that money. If i invest in sip or gold i can get profit these 2 and half month nothing simply getting angry and disappointment only. Spoya u people are playing with customers money and their expectations
