Disappointing Finishing and Delayed Delivery
I recently ordered a custom saree from Fashionous.in and was quite disappointed with my experience. The finishing on the saree was not up to standard—threads were sticking out, and the overall stitching seemed rushed. Additionally, the delivery was significantly delayed, and I had to wait much longer than expected to receive my order. The customer service was responsive, but the quality of the product and the delay overshadowed my shopping experience. I hope they improve these aspects in the future.
Zero stars for their customer service
Very very bad service and pathetic stitching quality and finish. They spoiled my saree in the name of readymade saree. I don't know how people are giving positive reviews to them. How fake their google reviews are. The hooks came off while trying itself. Long delivery time than committed. More than that they will not acknowledge their fault at all. They will simply say they stitched based on the measurements you gave. Definitely Will not recommend for their stitching quality
