So I came across this website. The cases seriously tempted me. I was onto checking them out, when I thought hold on I gotta check if it's legit or not and to my surprise they have multiple comments on their Instagram about how bad their services are. That they are a fraud. I even read a reddit post and that was definitely organic. So here I am warning you guys.

I had ordered a cover from them for a flip phone for an value of around 400 ish they said flip covers are for a higher value it was a glitch on our website as it showed 400. I canceled my order asked for a refund got it as and gift card. Later when I tried ordering again using the gift card code the code wouldn't apply it showed invalid. Tried contacting them through instagram multiple times. But the person would take days to reply or even worse wouldn't reply at all until the day my coupon got expired I have been trying to contact him on instagram almost every day for a month but there's no response. And now the coupon is expired. Extreme unprofessional behavior. Don't ever think of ordering from this website or the instagram page

I order 2 phone cases from this piece of shit website they stole my money and never gave me the product I’ve sent them countless number of emails and tried contacting them through Instagram as well but nothing happened and I got scammed of some money these people are doing it on purpose it’s time to report the fraudulent company

I purchased a phone case from the casefactory that promised delivery within a week. Three days after ordering, the status changed to "shipped," but then on the courier's website it showed that the seller hadn't handed over the shipment or had canceled it. Despite repeated emails and Instagram messages, I received no response. I found a Reddit post with similar complaints and reached out to several people. Eventually, "the company's founder" Harsh Goplani contacted me through reddit, asked for my number, and called, saying the case material was out of stock and promised to get back to me within two days. Another week passed with no response. Multiple calls and messages later, I was given various excuses- we are arranging your product, out-of-stock materials, etc. 4-5 days later, they told me that the product was shipped and they will share the shipment details with me within one day but eventually never did. Finally, they promised a refund. However, after several more weeks of unreturned calls and messages, and repeated promises of a refund, nothing has materialized. The "founder" even suggested sending the money personally via QR code but then stopped responding inspite of being reached on whatsapp/ instagram/call multiple times. After that they also have blocked me on Instagram. It's been 13 days since the latest refund promise, and still no refund. I'm sharing my story to warn others about this scam. This guy and his whole team are frauds. Avoid them at all cost.
