Don’t loose your hard earned money.
I had placed an order on 18th September from a very well known insta page @Vintageclosetofkamali, the order was placed through their website, and I had opted for express delivery option which assured the delivery within 2-3 days. I thought I would get the dress by Dussehra. After a week I asked her about the dress, she said it would take 15 days from the date of order Well, what was the point in paying extra shipping for express delivery ? I let that go. On 8th October I messaged her again, she said she’ll give the tracking details but that never happened. Now she doesn’t even reply to any of my messages nor comments, I tried reaching her but seems she really doesn’t care . I’m totally tired and frustrated with this behaviour of theirs. I have paid 3099rs and I guess it’s really not a small amount to brush it aside, surprisingly this was not my first order with them it was the 4th one 😞 I had no intention of posting it initially thinking about how I shouldn’t be dragging a woman entrepreneur down but the moment she ghosted me without any replies left me with no choice. It’s 21st October today isn’t this ample time ?! No tracking details and No reply whatsoever.

They don't reply when you ask about your order. If they do, they ask to either 'wait mam' or literally teach you ' please wait ma'am, have some patience ma'am ' If you get frustrated and change tone, they never care, and ask you to '. Go ahead and file legal compliance take action if you can't After you fall for their beautiful model wearing those beautiful designs and order an absurd 10k + amounts, without time and energy to do much. you end up writing reviews here. Worst service, worst attitude
Scam
I ordered a suit 2 months back worth 2199 and it was never dispatched. When I texted them about the issue, they suggested to choose another product for the same price which will be dispatched immediately. It's been 2 weeks now and there's no reply from them.

I booked a pre order salwar on 22nd January 2025 worth INR 2299. In website it was mentioned that 40 days is the duration for delivery. Today it's 21st April 2025. Followed multiple times for the delivery date, the only response that I got is ASAP. Few weeks before they said that the product was damaged.
